bout a couple days. just using it for now until i get threelac. some people i know have used that and theres bacteria in that that is designed to kill yeast. i think it will help me. ive only had this stuff for bout 6 months and plus im young and usually healthy so i think that will help alot. it should be easier to fight compared to the people who have had candida for years. well im hoping anyway. have you ever tried threelac?
