I will have a look at cleaning my colon, although I would like to keep my supplements to the minimum, and my reluctance to consume processed food spills over to processed supplements.
I do have another question, if you do not mind:
How reliable is the Iodine Patch test? When I paint Iodine on my skin (I painted some over my ovary area) the Iodine disappears in less than 4 hours. Does this mean I am severely Iodine deficient?
