Questions - my guess is some of these things apply to your 'history':

--In the car accident, did you experience kidney trauma or damage?

--Past MRI's? (the most common contrast agents have been known to cause very severe kidney damage, so depending upon the contrast agent, MRI's are always suspect) - you probably had at least one after the car accident (and maybe more). If so, did your kidney pain start after it/them?

**** I have had a number of MRI's since the accident but did not allow any insertion of contrast anything - I know they are toxic chemicals and don't allow this to be used on me.

--Any history of kidney compromise, frequent infections, kidney stones?

**** not really although I did have a kidney infection about 2 months ago - I took the Antibiotics reluctantly - othewise I never take them - I really don't have a problem with kidneys as a rule

--Past chelation therapies? (many times VERY hard on the kidneys)

**** Yes I have had many chelation drips - most of them were about a year ago - I had quite a few because my lab tests (2 saliva tests) showed extreme levels of heavy metals in particular the CADMIUM - they went down a bit after about 10 chelation drips.

--Heart and circulation issues that you know of? (with high BP we know there's something)

**** My circulations seems to be pretty bad - my right leg at the knee is always inflamed and swollen and the right foot, ankle and just above are always swollen with the toes extremely dry (white) my left leg and foot are normal - and, I always feel pressure on my feet and most ankles when I try to bend them at the ankle - like trying to bend a tubular balloon.

--How much pure water do you drink daily? (pure= RO or distilled) -- it should be around a gallon daily

**** I absolutely love sparkling mineral water which I get at Whole Foods - I must drink about 2 liters a day minimum.

--How many times daily do you urinate? (8 is typical/healthy)

****definitely not 8 - about 4 or 5 but at least another 3 during the night when sleeping.

--'History of mineral supplementation (particularly calcium)? Is your water "hard" or do you drink mineral/spring water?

**** I used to take calcium, magnesium selenium, chromium picolinate, zinc all the time - but haven't been able to get on a routine - each day I say I will but can't seem to get started - I used to take magnesium CALM before bed and during the day - it along with C always helped me have a BM

--How long has you been on BP med? what's the name/dosage? name/dosage of diuretic?

**** I have been on BP meds for at least 4 years or more - I used to take Lisinipril for a couple of years but I started having this dry cough all the time and my current doc said that she thought it was one of the side effects of Lisinipril - so I went off and am now on Metoprolol Tarta 50 mg - I used to take it once a day now I take it twice a day.

The diuretic is Furosemide 20 mg - I was taking it twice a day with the BP meds but now I decided just once a day until I can find a suitable natural alternative.

**** Back in 2001 when my Brother died - I have been vegetarian for at least 10 years but now I am once again eating meat but JUST organic grass fed sirloin, made into meatballs in the oven which is my alternative to a hamburger. I am now for the last year and more so in the last 6 months craving meat all the time. But, I only have it at least once a week (make it once a week and the amount of meatballs is always good for two days) and, I also eat an occasional tuna steak - also boiled eggs and plenty of veggies..

My right leg is really hurting me right now - kinda cramped and getting up from the computer Uny, is always a nightmare of pain - I can barely stand and then have to endure at least 4 minutes or more of extreme muscle pains in my legs - before I can stand straight I am hunched over like I am 90 years old - I will start working out on the machines at the gym hopefully this weekend - that, I know from years of experience will definitely help my muscles as well as swimming at least 3 times a week. I just can't seem to focus enough to get started - I don't know what's wrong with me. I go into one room to do something; I start and a few minutes there I think of something else that needs to be done elsewhere and I drop what I started and go and start something else and on, and on, it goes. And, sadly, I never seem to get anything really done all day long. I just cannot stand living like this.

I will start taking Gotu Kola and Gingko which I have taken in the past with good results. When I am finished with my daily protocol, I will be taking of ton of supplements but that what I need.

By the way, where is your shop link located on CZ - I cannot find it.

I will say good night Uny - my body is feeling very cramped - my muscles and right leg are hurting.
