Re: bioware- you should know what you are really up against...

It is not just the *error of our modern ways", but also the error in our individual choices.
>>"came to discover, there was nothing natural about much of it..."<<
No, there is not... though regional exposures to various metals and toxins in a *natural* environment can vary considerably.
As a simple example - mining operations exist where the desired resource is plentiful.
In other words... while we need ever greater amounts of beneficial and commensal microflora (doctor supervised prescriptions used to resolve bowel issues can dose as high as 4.5 *trillion* organisms a day for 30 - 90 days tapering off after that), along with a greater amounts of essential primary and trace minerals than we need merely to *survive*, both, available from food, especially commercial fare, have been in a rapid, decline since about the 1860's or so - accelerating and exacerbating the prevalence and severity of illness on the planet.
One can choose to resolve things over time, slowly in order to give the body time to *adapt* and build a solid foundation... or more rapidly is they wish... experiencing detox effects, and or rebounds.
One of the greatest virtues in healing is patience... most people want it yesterday and lack the desire to wait for true healing - and adaptation - it doesn't work that way.
I measure my progress on how I feel today as apposed to yesterday, last month, last year, a decade ago, etc. This way I can understand if my body is learning to adapt and\or *tolerate* the increasingly rapid environmental changes (toxins) i am exposed to EVERY day effectively or not...
I work with it... rather than fight against it. Perhaps that is my native American culture\religion, Zen, Buddhist, Martial Arts training, Christian upbringing that led me in this direction... or perhaps it is the chiropractor that once stated to me that we MUST adapt or die.
That does not mean that we should throw caution to the wind and eat HFCS in large quantities... what it means is, do not fret about the little you may get here and there when you are a guest at someone's house, or going out to eat for that special occasion... if you are otherwise diligent about maintaining a healthy biological terrain, the small, intermittent exposures will help your body learn to better deal with it.
