Almond Oil Works!

I understand your hesitancy, with all the "trusted" literature and people supposedly in the know pointing in the direction of olive oil. My guess is none of those proponents ever tried anything other than olive oil, and some of them never even tried to flush themselves. I know from personal experience that almond oil, walnut oil, and grapeseed oil all work. I have done over 20 flushes and did only the first 5 with olive oil. Believe me, if I had found the others don't work, I would have forced myself to down the OO, because my health is more important than a few minutes of disgust. But I found I really liked particularly the almond oil, I used it for at least 8 flushes, and the flush results were very satisfying. Some of my largest stones came out with the almond oil, and it may well have been that the time was ripe for them to come out, whether it was olive, almond or walnut oil. Bear in mind also that the flush results are never identical. My 5th flush, still with OO, showed only a few very very small stones....
I have also experimented with different juices. My most palatable flush was with almond oil and a mix of red currant and rasperry juice and a bit of apple juice, freshly pressed, from my garden. I worked well! But it is easier to use grapefruit and lemon juice, so I mostly stick to that.
My naturopath told me not ever to do these liver flushes. I believed him, for 2 years! Unfortunately, for my pocket!
