Re: Gulf Health Problems Blamed on Dispersed Oil
BP and Nalco are claiming it is not toxic.
They are claiming it is as safe as dishwash
liquid. Now, anecdotal evidence is suggesting
that this is not the truth.
The truth appears to be that they ARE testing
it on humans. Right now. Only they will not
admit that nor that the clean-up workers
exposed to Corexit used in the Exxon-Valdez
oil spill suffered great harm to their health
either.
I am not saying inject it into monkeys or rats,
only that most of the world has banned the use
of this product and that there is some serious
corruption that has allowed our population to
be sprayed and exposed to this chemical brew.
It has already been tested. I am sure there is
already plenty of evidence to suggest that it
is seriously toxic to humans. Meanwhile, the
Coast Guard continues to waive any limitations
for BP to use Corexit in and above the Gulf of
Mexico. People are continuing to be used as
experimental subjects. Scientists are being
bought up and silenced by contracts with BP.
There seems no end to this experiment and there
appears to be a catch-22. If no one is willing
to admit there are problems with this product,
we will not be able to stop its use.

My understanding, too, is that there is a big
difference in the toxicity of Corexit being
used in Alaska, and being used in the Gulf where
the heat seems to have exacerbated its toxicity.
