Re: Something different in the air?
Another idea is to get yourself several good houseplants. They remove all kinds of indoor toxins and pollutants and turn carbon dioxide back into healthy oxygen. I am sure you saw my earlier article on the subject, but others may have missed it:
If you live near the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, think "house plants"
None of us can clean up the Gulf no matter how much we protest and wail (which certainly we should do). Whether we can expose the truth and bring justice to the guilty or not, we should not get so caught up in doing so that we fail to take every precaution to protect ourselves. That is why I think CureZone is a good place to be, and not just in the Gulf forum(s). There is literally a wealth of information here about living healthier, eliminating and avoiding toxins, building our immune systems and fighting illness that we can avail ourselves of.
Regardless of how much any of us may be affected by airborne pollutants from the Gulf, we all live with highly toxic loads. Bad as the Gulf situation may be, it will only increase what we already live with to a greater or lesser extent. Taking steps to minimize our toxic loads, cleanse our systems and build our immune system and overall health can only help. And it might just be the difference between a long life or a quicker death.
