I got a metametrix test done first and then a Genova Labs. The Genova Labs test came up 4+ for both alpha and gamma haemolytic streptococcus but categorized them as NP (Non-pathogen).
My metametrix test showed a lot of dysbiosis but did not show any opportunistic or pathogenic bacteria. I had other additional bacteria and mycology issues on the Genova diagnostics test so those are the ones I'm focusing on. All signs point to the alpha and gama haemolytic strep not being that big of a deal, but you could take olive leaf, morinda, oregano, and plant tannins and that should help. I'm taking those because tehy came up sensitive for the staph and klebsiella pneumoniae that also showed up on my test.
