Thanks for the Russian lesson :) Listen be careful at work with the 'bouncing' I'm glad you're doing okay with the weakness and hopefully it stays that way. At the beginning of my fast, I would have these vivid dreams of food, like I would eat my moms cooking and when I would wake up I would think that I really did eat and I would feel so guilty like omg I can't believe I did that but then I would realize it was a dream lol This whole thing is psychological, some crazy stuff. I understand that whole thing with you visiting your parents. My mom is still on my back about this whole WF. I didn't want no one to know, my aunt she's a nice lady but worries too much. So my aunt was visiting I haven't seen her in weeks. She came to visit during the first few days of my fast,where I was the weakest. My mom opened her mouth to my aunt and my aunt came to my room like 'what are you doing to yourself!' I'm like omg mom! I know what I'm doing I would never do something to hurt myself okay?? I hate when people judge you and try to discourage you but I'm an adult I'm 25 and old enough to make my own decisions. I tried to explain to my aunt but she just still didn't understand. It gave me a headache for real and it was just drama. Then yesterday I seen her and she asked if I was still on it and I said yes, and as you can see I'm still alive not dying or sick like you thought lol So I explained to her a little more and to my surprise she really did understand and she's supporting me (more than my mom) I'm just blocking everyone out. My brother is retarded cuz he keeps coming in my room and asking me if I want a steak lol Like get out of my face I tell him and slam the door in my face. I used to get bothered but now it's funny to me.

Sorry for rambling lol So, good luck with your parents and they are going to be happy though that you're kicking your smoking habit to the curb that's so awesome. Stay strong, you're doing great!
