About 3 nights ago and just before, I vomited some clear mucus with traces of blood in there. I'm not sure if that's bile, isn't bile supposed to be greenish/yellowish? The red color was bright. I've been very miserable the past few days from extreme and I mean EXTREME nausea. I feel better after vomiting.

Anyone know what's going on?
