You are drinking a LOT of kefir, gina! Everything I've read or heard about kefir AND kombucha is that it is 'medicinal' and should be taken in moderation because it's so powerful and works so well.
Sounds like there is a war going on in your gut for territory between the bad guys and the good guys resulting in lots of bloating. I think you might try cutting back on the kefir for awhile and see if it passes. My 2 cents.
I only drink about 4-6oz of bucha a day and water kefir, the same amount maybe twice a week! More is not necessarily better. Hoping you feel better soon.
