Okay..so I'm on my Day 20 of the Water Fast and I feel okay but I really don't like being inactive. I want to workout and just be outdoors and enjoy the summer but with this Water Fast I can't do any of that really. I'm at home, spitting up extra saliva, feeling nausea ALL the time, bad taste in mouth, feeling weak, no BM's.. the list goes on.
If I juice fast, will I gain weight? I'll be working out too so will my weight continue to drop?
Will my body still be in detox mode?
Will I have more energy?
