I don't know if you've heard (read Spirit's posts)about the fact that it takes , on the average 10-15 flushes to get the big stones out. It takes that long for the GB having enough pressure to push the biggies out.
Your pressure under the R ribcage could be the GB, but it also could be a spasm of the intestine,in that area.
[I took enterically coated peppermint oil (with fennel and ginger)and that really helped. I also used Castor Oil Packs, helps a lot.]
Also, althought your family (like mine) is genetically predispoed to GB promlems, may I remind you that it took a long time to screw up your GB, and it may take a while to "unscrew" it.
