Re: Successful flushes?
I've done the drastic lifestyle change, and it has made a difference. I had high cholesterol and some bad numbers and it's all cleared up. In fact, the last time I saw a Dr., he said I had some of the best numbers he'd ever seen. I am really healthy except for that chronic pain under my right breast that just keeps getting worse.
I did 7 flushes, once a month for 7 months. No improvement in symptoms. So, I gave up. They took so much out of me, left me wiped out for 4-5 days, I just couldn't see how keeping them up when they didn't make a difference was profitable. Yes, I bowel cleansed before the flushes. Yes, I took GCG and drank apple juice before the flushes. Yes, I got lots of tan stones. But I never *felt* better.
I think it's posssible that all the flushing in the world won't fix a genetically crappy GB. All my aunts have had to have them out between the ages of 40-43. I'm 40.
