Re: Successful flushes?

Do you do a colonic after the flushes? When I didn't do that, the junk recirculated and I ended up worse than when I started. One of those times I went to see my chiropractor, who does something call NMT, and he used it to eliminate the near constant pain that happened after the flush. He said my gall bladder and liver were down to 70% of normal functionality as a result of the toxins recirculated. NMT uses your body's capability to heal itself, which can get out of whack. Note I don't think too much of enemas and Colon Cleanses for removing these toxins, the enema only does a few feet of the intestine, and I did a strong saline laxative purge and that didn't do the job in the NMT example above.

Also, is your pain all the time or after eating? Could you have food allergies ? One of my newletters from progressive doctors says he cured 99% of his patients who had gall bladder attacks by figuring out what food was causing the pain, and eliminating it.
