One thing that I discovered is that on a vegetarian diet [which I also do now] there is not enough OIL or fat. Eating meat gives us a bit of that, but not veggies so much.
Oil seeds such as Flax and Hemp hearts, sunflower seeds etc has some oils.
The best way I found to quickly get the oils that our bowels need for good movements is OLIVE OIL, or any of those kinds of bottled oils. Just try to work some into smoothies or pour it over salads or whatever.
In fact, a really great constipation cure for some people is to just pound down a couple of
ounces of oil. Maybe chase it with some lemonade or suck on a spoon of honey if the taste is too much.
Normally, just taking oil like that doesn't do anything for people, but IF YOU NEED IT then it works wonders. Increase the amount you take to what you can handle, sort of let your body decide, until you have more normal movements. It won't hurt you...
