Re: Leg cramps and feeling nauseous ALL the time

Yes I do experience the physical weakness and it SUCKS. I wish I can exercise or do something at least but I know I can't because I don't want to over do it. Even while doing light housework I get this rapid heartbeat and heavy feeling in my chest...

Hi 117496 :),
In a resting fast, the weakness is no joke and even light housework (or standing and walking to the bathroom) can be a real difficulty. To the extent that it is possible, it is ideal to rest as much as you can.

... I am going to go out later and purchase some Ketostix.

Let me save you the trouble. You are in ketosis :).

A few more questions if I may:
How much water am I supposed to be drinking.

Drinking only to thirst is the key. Every sip you take should be a delight to your soul :). If you are forcing it down and it is unpleasant, you are not thirsty.

Also, I have read that some people drink some carbonated water to calm down the hunger pangs and the growls. Now THAT I have A LOT of. Is that allowed or do I just stick to just plain water throughout the entire fast?

Distilled unmineralized, uncarbonated water is the way to go and for many good reasons.

Another question I have, and I'm sorry to ask this, but how often am I supposed to BM?

As often as your body wants. It might be several times over 30 days and it might be zero.

Will I be able to go on my own?

You might and you might not, but either way is perfectly fine and your body has it under control.  In my most recent fast, i went 36.5 days without a single movement.

Thank you SO very much for taking the time and helping me. God bless.

A pleasure. God bless you too :).
