Re: Leg cramps and feeling nauseous ALL the time
hey there. i'm not going to give you plenty of advice, nor am i going to give you a long discourse. i will only say this. that all the symptoms you mentioned are what i have personally encountered on a fast, and have had to overcome.
is this your first fast? if it is, expect things you've never experienced before!
the bad taste in the mouth can be, and has been for me, one of the most difficult things to deal with (that and physical weakness.) the bad taste will seem so persistent, and makes you want to eat, or scream! but it is a reality, and you have to decide to go through it...it will eventually subside, though it may reappear later again.
the leg cramps too, are a normal experience for me when fasting. usually they appear in the morning, and can be dreadfully painful. i once had one so bad, i thought i might faint from the pain, and it required my sister to rub, and massage it until i could get free of it!
puking? yes normal, especially in the beginning, as toxins are released wholesale into your system. you will probably bring up bile as well.
well, thats it. just ask if you'd like to know anything else.
