I can't answer that question, but I pretty sure that you're dealing with adrenal fatigue too. Pounding heart is a symptom of Adrenal fatigue. Co-enzyme Q10 or obiquinol is good for the heart and adrenal fatigue. Hawthorne capsules helped me when my heart was pounding. All I had to do was get up to go to the bathroom at night for my heart to start thudding. I started taking the hawthorne when it happened and it would quickly quiet it down. Have you taken a 24hr cortisol saliva test to see what stage of AF you're in? Treating the AF along with the EBV will help you get well faster.
