Ebv and heart question

I have felt horrendous for six months and was recently diagnosed with ebv. My igg was around 3.5. The symptom that bothers me most is when the severe fatigue sets in I get chest pain and palpitations. Is this normal?and is this a sign that the virus is attacking my heart?
