Re: Do I *need* to do a full colon+parasite cleanse first?
What are your symptoms? What are your priorities?
Many of us who have been diagnosed with gallbladder problems or liver congestion have done very successful
Liver Flushes without any prior cleanses. The main thing is that the colon is emptied through the
Epsom Salt flush and will eliminate on its own. It was my doctor, who is a Chiropractor and Naturopth who got me started on flushing because I was having small gallbladder attacks.
If you cannot have a natural bowel movement and rely on laxatives to eliminate, then you should not do a liver flush. If you simply suspect you have a dirty colon, but have several natural BMs every week, then flushing the colon with the
Epsom Salts as recommended will be adequate to remove toxins released during the liver flush.
If you are actively passing worms, then do a
parasite cleanse. If not, you can probably flush without any problem.
Do not do the
Sea Salt water flush if your colon is clogged. It may cause you to absorb dangerous levels of salt. The
Epsom Salt flush works by drawing water into the colon and softening the fecal matter so it can be released. Regular salt water just pushes through the system and a clog can slow it down and salt will be absorbed. Do not play around with the salt water flush unless your colon is empty.
Fasting three-five days on
The Master Cleanse drink or fruit juice is an excellent idea for clearing the colon. Beware that long periods of fasting with slow down bile production and the flush will not be as effective.
Have to get to work now-good luck.
