Re: Do I *need* to do a full colon+parasite cleanse first?
Something you may want to try.
A Salt Water Flush.
In your readings you've most likely read that some people have problems with the SWF.
My question is why?
I speculate that these people have disorders of some kind or mucoid plack and or
parasites or are dehydrated. If you can do a
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) then there's a good chance your elimination system is pretty clear, so you could take the chance of doing a liver flush. You may still have liver
parasites but that's another situation.
Try this:
On a morning before eating.
Drink 8
oz of plain water 30 minutes before the SWF.
This insures you're not dehydrated and your body won't try to assimulate the water it needs.
Do the SWF.
Because of the presaturation of water, you should start heading for the bathroom within 20 minutes of finishing the SW.
If you can't hold the SW down (possible clogged innards?) or do not eliminate within 30 minutes of finishing the SW I WOULD NOT do the
Liver Flush until I got cleaned out.
If anybody can see problems with this please speak out!
I'm just running it up the flag pole.
