Re: This Metametrix test proves you should not rotate the antifungals.

Oh I see what you're saying!!!

I never thought of it that way because I assumed no one would rotate resistant anti-fungals but now i get it. A lot of these plans are just cookie cutter, one fits all and they have you rotate anti-fungals without any information on sensitivity. Combined with the short duration, you are doing all you can to guarantee you are breeding a super fungus.

My metametrix test came up R for Alliin (Garlic, Arbutin (Uva Ursi), Berberine (Goldenseal), and Oleuropein (Olive Leaf). This was particularly significant to me because I've been eating a lot of garlic my entire life, and I have also used olive leaf my entire life. I've also been exposed to a lot of Uva Ursi because of doing paranil cleanses. What was really surprising to me though is that I've taken huge amounts of Undecylenic acid and Dr Jeff McCombs claims fungus cannot become resistant to that type of natural anti-fungal and that seemed true with my case.

In any case, after I got this test I have been on at least 2 anti-fungals that I am sensitive to at all times. (Mostly oregano and undecylenic acid) and I even added Olive leaf back in and noticed a lot of benefits. (I think the Olive leaf just boosted my immune and helped deal with bacteria).
