I've only been going at it for 6 months and I just got a lot of information about natural antifungals about amonth or so ago. Prior to that, I thought the only solution was ACV, tea tree oil, and yogurt. PRIOR to that, I kept failing with the OTC creams (and the results were worse every time; now I know why). Now that I know about the many possibilities, I just need to effectively shape my own destiny. I feel like I could buy ThreeLac and be done with it, but I'm afraid to mess with that crap. That'll probably be my last resort.

I read somewhere that for every year that you've had yest overgrowth, it will take a month to get rid of it. So, the people that feel like they're failing probably need to keep trying a little longer.

I view it as a puzzle, and we all have pieces to it. All we need is one person to complete the puzzle. There might be a reason it didn't work for you but helps others. There are so many unknown factors that could change the course of healing. I may be overly optimistic about this, but I know that knowledge is power. Tweet
