Mostly Nystatin and Threelac plus some naturals. I have been almost there two times but when I leave the treatment and start eating again, the MF come back. I know I need a systemic drug for long term. Sky, my case was so severe that only with the diet I got severe die-off for weeks. My tongue was a white carpet. Now, it is totally pink. I cheat with the diet time to time and have drunk some beers on weekends. Don't follow me !!!
