Carmon - this is a support forum, don't bash people.

Braindamage - of course your organs need nutrients - but they don't need nearly as much as most people think.

As to this thread, I wouldn't be taken advice from someone who went from 221 to 167 back up to 250. Clearly they don't know what they're doing.
