Re: Fast guideline from the chapter "Fasting" "The Complete Handbook of Nutrition" by Gary and Steve Null

When we look at sick people who lie in bed or a hospital bed who are day's away of dying then the organs are failing. How can a person (take me for instance) being only 44 kilo male 169 25 year old and have Psoriasis play an entire football game without even feeling tired on the 3rd day of a water fast?

What do our organs need and where do they store their nutrition is a good question. Do they even need nutrition? All I know they are there to make sure we can live our life. I do believe they need nutrition in some way, just like the body needs it's (fruit) sugars etc. But i have a hard time believing the body would use the organs resources to survive. If that was the case then i would be dead now cause my organs are full of toxins.
