Hi Invincible, you are right on the mark-- I've found the ginger immediately gets rid of upset stomach in a matter of seconds after eating it. Also, it really does something to your mucoius membranes when you have a cold.--
I got some home-made crystalized ginger sold at a local healthfood store from someone who makes it in our area.
I gave only one chunck to this girl at work that always has acid reflux, etc.
She was complaining about an upset stomach this time. She hates the taste of ginger, but took it anyway, and she had to admit that her upset stomach was gone in 2 minutes!
Then she had to run to the bathroom about an hour later , as the ginger had some kind of cleansing effect on her.
