I am now using some Xylitol Peppermints Chews that I buy from the health food
store. Xylitol is supposed to be a safe Sugar subsitute. I used to use Altoid
Peppermints that you can get from Walmart, etc. I take two or three right after
drinking the OO/GF juice. I don't seem to have nausea anymore with flushes, but
I used to have to take a couple more in a half hour once in a while.
