yes a doctor has to order the test. I believe it's $195 for the random parasitology test which I got, and maybe $250 for a slightly more comprehensive one?

Metametrix's test is $395 and that gives a lot more information. Though both tests gave me certain amounts of unique information so I'm hesitant to recommend one over the other
