Genova Diagnostics Results

Mine came back no lactobacillus species but escherichia and bifido are both 4+.

I have alpha haemolytic stretococcus 4+
gamma haemolytic streptococcus 4+
Staphylococcus aureus 4+
Klebsiella pneumoniae 4+

and for mycology
Yeast, not candida albicans 1+
Rhodotorula species 1+


Does anyone have any thoughts on how to get rid of these? I've been rotating antifungals for about a month now and my metametrix test that was 40 days previous came up with a +3 for yeast/fungi. At this point I'm seriously considering taking an Antibiotic to knock out the bacterial overgrowths and just sticking with the ultra strict candida diet and probiotics w/ antifungals to hopefully keep everything in check while on and after Antibiotics .
