Mike - Sorry to say I'm not a guru but more of a big mouth (which are often confused). Though I have documented some impressive results experimenting on myself from curing abscesses to tooth infections that supposedly required root canals.

My only point was that if you're looking to heal your gums it's important to use gentle products along with OP. Gums are very sensitive and as you can see for yourself using OP in its own gentle way can take care of most (oral health) problems all by itself.
