Um,
I know nothing about oil pulling. Frankly it sounds like a waste of time. I am just curious as to your health. I mean your mouth sounds like a disaster zone. I endured 2 surgeries to undo the carnage that had been unleashed on me from a root canal, I can't possibly imagine having 8 of them.
