Thanks for getting back to me. My problem with ES is that I think I built up some immunity to it, a few months ago I was using it as a laxative once or twice a week before I did the colonics and at first it would work in a couple of hours but then it wouldn't work till the next day then I started to have to increase the amount so I switched to enemas and then I switched to Oxypowder , on my 2nd flush I didn't have the whipped cream because the ES drink had me so swelled up (like it wasn't digesting) so I didn't eat anything that night. The thing that kinda scared me was that the ES was causing edema in my feet and legs, after all it is salt and my body wasn't releasing it, thank god I took the Oxypowder that night or I probably would have exploded! I just want to learn how to get my intestines to move faster since 2 BM's per day is optimal (that's never happened) I'm hoping after all this cleansing and zapping my body will get back on line and my metabolism and digestion will speed up and I'll feel good again. I'm also rebounding and skin brushing. Any suggestions?
