I am glad you did well, but you probably should read the Oxypowder flush on their site under superphos30. If you use the berries and cream, you are suppose to have the ES at 2 pm and 5 pm so you get cleaned up. The berries and cream are at 7 pm to create bile to help the OO/GFJ later.
I don't know if it is good to use Oxypowder every day, I do it, the company says every other day. It is one of these things that you feel as unnatural, but I do. Tweet
