I actually take Rx Hydrocortisone=cortisol
low dosage, not and ideal situation, but I was desperate and it was one answer.

actually I was on an adrenal support, but after three days I was waking up sweating way too early, felt like my symptoms when I take grains and i looked on the bottle and it contains wheat....ha

I have an update coming shortly....
