Last nite was a trip though......
in literaly about 5 minutes I went from feeling pretty good to feeling wiped out and weak-kneed and my low back all tightened up.....i have had all those symptoms but I don't think I have had them come on so quick before......
which was an educational experience. And then to have the flush not do much but taking more Iodine did. Sometimes it seems that once starting the Iodine I have to keep it going to keep things flowing.

I did an Iodine loading test with Flechas' Lab .....FFP
my percent excretion was over 100%.....ha...I had been taking 100 mg of Iodoral for awhile, but then I stopped for a couple of days and then took the 50mg for the test. I will be curious to see what he has to say about that. I mostly took the test to get my Fluoride level tested and my Bromide retested.

How much Iodine and what type do you take these days if you don't mind me asking?
