health is more important then weight, from what ive read, fasting is a VERY HEALTHY THING TO DO, and the longer the better. if your not suffering too badly, id stick with it, the longer you fast, the more poison you will get out of your body, when you start to eat again, eat only fruits and veg for a week, small portions, this will add to the results of the fast more then stuffing with bread and meat, it might even lead to a lifestyle change in the way you eat permanently?
10 days is AMAZING well done, not just be very careful where you go from here.
personally i want my later years in life to be my healthiest yet, and that will require me eating and living more healthy then i did in my early years.
eating and living healthy will have me at my healthy weight, not overnight, but for life!
