Hi all. I dontknow what to do at the moment. My day 10 weigh in will be tomorrow morning and I am thinking of breaking my fast.
I have lost in total 12 pounds
Maybe its tempting to just eat again, maybe I am disappointed in the overall weightloss so far. I am not sure.
I hope to wake up in the morning and be motivated again. I am sickof feeling tired and not sleeping well and the pain in my upper back is still bugging me. I definitely have extra fat up there which surely shouldnt be there and I am wondering if the pain is it reducing
