I am not so sure the urine ph doesn't reflect the blood ph. Urine is a product of filtered blood.
And feces contains among other things old destroyed red blood cells. So using the same reasoning both urine and feces should have the same pH, which they don't.
Furthermore, urinary excretion of hydrogen ions and uric acid is not a primary means of pH adjustment of the blood. Breathing and bicarbonate are the primary means of pH regulation of the blood.
