I see from your 4-month posting history, you are relatively new to CZ. So I realize you may not know to whom you are speaking. Molly Bloom is a moderator on this forum and has singlehandedly kept it alive when interest was lagging. She has also been OPing for many years.

She isn't someone who should be questioned in such a challenging manner. And it's not her responsibility to disprove your assertion that OP creates a total body detox - It's your responsibility to prove it DOES.

Actually, no one should be challenged on their opinions because that's all we have. Beyond the fact that it is an ancient ayurvedic treatment for dental health, everything else we think or feel about OP is opinion, from ours and others' anecdotal experience.

It's wonderful that you are having an energizing reaction to OP. Most of us had the same experience when we started.

Why don't you read some of Molly's many hundreds of posts, go back into the Oil Pulling archives and come back with a more specific question?
