Oil pulling absolutely a detox!! "Pulling" something out

Strange. When I began oil pulling a few years back, I developed a really painful, sudden condition in my mouth after a short time. Basically it was like inflammation of the tissues of my jaw bones, throat, inner ear, and gums, all on the left side of my head. I also developed little sores all over the roof of my mouth.

Things happened and I didn't oil pull for awhile. But now I'm back to working on my health again and I've been oil pulling every day. It's day 5 today, and two days ago, the SAME "condition" (detox) began again! Except this time, it's the RIGHT side of my head/ear/mouth that is severly inflamed with little sores. Something is definitely being pulled out through the tissues in my mouth.

Just thought I'd share, I've seen a few posts where people are saying they don't believe OP detoxes you, and I have to disagree. I'm having other detox/healing symptoms too and it goes way beyond my mouth and gum health.
