Ok, we hear you and laugh aloud at the fact that we're all in the same boat. We're not drinkers and just realized we can't really buy vodka tomorrow like we thought - what with it being Sunday and all. OOoops! So, I have a little less than a gallon for spraying fabric - btw people - cheap vodka is the best thing to deodorize couches, old clothes, car insides - anything that has an odor. It's an all-natural deodorizer.
Back to my question - so with this 2/3 gallon of vodka, could we pour just enough to cover the herbs and then add more vodka when we're able to buy more on Monday? It sure sounded like in the IP page instructions (which were confusing) sounded like you're adding some distilled water and the healing tools site didn't say that. Bwwahhh! Oi, the instructions for all these protocols being slightly different sometimes makes me batty! In the book it says to leave it alone (while shaking it of course) but infers not to open it. Do y'all open yours? I mean, it's not like it's Kefir and dependent on being sealed, right?
