Rereading page 480 in the IP manual, I think I understand but these are still measurements for quart jars. Did you all do your tinctures in quart jars? If so, or if not, how'd you do it? Uny'll laugh because I really stink at math when figuring doses (previous jokes inserted here of me messing this up) but we have A LOT of echinacea and cayenne to tincture. We were anticipating doing it in gallon glass jars and we've been saving (between 2 households) organic clear glass apple juice jugs. We're gonna look like a bunch of sneezing, coughing drunks! But anyhow - what the heck do we do? lolol Tweet
