Re:trying

So far so good. I'm on my period and the cramps aren't as bad as usual. My mood is up and I even prepared a no-no goodie for my hubby (his great aunt sent him a recipe for plum cake so he asked me to make it from the plums off our tree). I ate a small piece and it was good but am sticking close to a pretty pure diet of salads, fresh fruits, occasional wild Alaskan salmon, excellent water (Trader Joe's New Zealand) and Dr. Ohira's probiotic plus 12 from Japan (best probiotic ever) with the here and there omega and whole food supplements.

Occasional re-treatments of my homeopathic remedy, somewhere between 6-12 oz daily of my own water, and I feel pretty happy. Happier than usual. I expect a cleansing breakdown at some point and probably soon since I do feel so good but I plan to keep going. If this stuff were really dangerous I'd be in the hospital by now.

Perhaps starting out with a fairly detoxified body is aiding this experiment. I spent years on a raw vegetarian diet, have been juicing and drinking wheatgrass and doing colonics for twenty years plus, haven't smoked or drank to excess (can't say I haven't EVER had either - friends do drop by every so often but weed isn't good for the lungs or the disposition in my opinion, and the occasional beer and a hot dog at a ball game have lured me off my diet - and maybe a great steak or some birthday cake).

I do believe in God and pray so there is my preference in meditation. I'm very fortunate to be financially stable but no so well off that I get into trouble. However, I have had the opportunity to seek out the most intriguing therapies and remedies this world has to offer and that is a whole smorgasbord including spas, hydroptherapy, chiropractic, cold laser (wonderful for the skin), colonic implants, vitamin injections, energy medicine, ayurvedic, homeopathy, acupuncture, massage, vitamins/minerals/probiotics/enzymes/etc., aromatherapy, iridology, ozone therapy (on a small scale - haven't done the injections too scary), salt water bathing (himalayan pink is nice), fasting, herbs, adrenals, and maybe a few other things.

So far I can recommend what I'm doing now UT - but 2 weeks into it only so the longer term result I will document as I go along) plus probiotics (Dr Ohira's are the best there is possibly), a diet high in raw uncooked organic fruits and vegetables with some raw juice drinks, smoothies, fermented raw products such as nut culture or kraut, wild fish or Antibiotic free meat if desired, whole grains when consumed, pure water (structured, oxygenated and sun-kissed and with a squeeze of lemon whenever possible), warm baths with himalayan Sea Salt (about a cup full), massage, yoga, rebounding on a trampoline type rebounder, sunbathing without sunscreen or sunglasses for half an hour on sunny days, organic preferably non-chemical skin creams and raw oils such as almond for massage, almond or pecan milk made from soaked almonds, wheatgrass when you need a boost or a cleanse or a colonic implant, occasional Liver Cleanses or psyllium type colon cleanses, a custom selected homeopathic medicine (which cannot be found at a health food store) which contains an energy imprint, gardening, and pleasant company.

Wow - I've never made a list of it all before. I feel so tired from looking at it I think I'll go lay down and read a good book.
