Every day seems a bit better plus I've cleaned up my diet quite a bit even more than before.
I've been doing this (amongst other things) to try and clear up some genuine Depression and today I feel depressed but in a more relaxed way! Perhaps that is an improvement. We'll see how my period goes coming up quickly now, usually a nightmare.
It would sure be nice to find something that really worked. An all raw diet helped but did nothing for my periods or depression. Vitamins, therapy, herbs, fasting, exercise, singing in the church choir, you name it if have tried it, except for this.
So far I feel some small improvements. But I'm sticking with my consumption program of getting the stuff in.
