kaseypink123,
the saying goes that the worse the symptoms of detox, then the greater the need for the fast!!
Paul Bragg used to say "Just grin and bear"

Not very encouraging I'm afraid.

When you say you are hungry, you are in all likelihood experiencing what is known as "toxic hunger" or the "all gone sensation" in the abdomen: Not true or real hunger at all......................

I would most definitely not live from fruit juices exclusively for the first 10 days after your fast is broken..................too much fructose.
Whole fruits only allow a time-released fructose (sugar) intake, but fruit-juices allow immediate release of sugars into your system, so not too clever in the long-term.

Alternate between orange/apple juice and later on in the day, carrot juice with some added green juices if possible.

Take care

Chrisb1.
