it doesn't matter how good your diet is if your body cannot digest and assimilate food properly.
Fasting and a careful refeeding programme that incorporates proper food combining should do the trick.
I cannot emphasize just how important food combining is.

But the central message is only eat when hungry.
For the most part I live on only one meal per day, and neither lose weight or gain weight.
