Hv, what kind of dosage would you recommend when it comes to high Vitamin C powders like acerola, camu camu, amla, sea buckthorn, rosehips? I was planning on 2 teaspoons of each per day. (I know you don't like camu camu, but I figure the freeze-dried stuff is worth a shot.)
Also, I'm going to start taking bee pollen. However, I'm allergic to many pollens, so how small of an amount should I start with, just to test it out? 1/2 teaspoon? 1/4 teaspoon? A few pellets?
