We would all think more clearly if we hadnt been poisoned with mercury for years. I think gold platinum fillings or ceramic are the least toxic alternatives. If you can't afford these and choose composites, make sure the materials are not from China and find out what is in your composites. Also , get indirect rather than direct composites because direct ones shrink on the teeth causing pain and hairline fractures.
